30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made via our website.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- The item must be unused.
- The hygiene seal must remain intact and unbroken.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, components, and documentation must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken unless the item is faulty.
Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, once a mask has been opened, used, or worn, it is no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty. This exclusion complies with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which covers items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We may request photos or a short video of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking
How to Request a Return
Email support@recovrtherapy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and
Package the item securely and send it using a tracked method.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
(If your return is due to a fault, we will send you a pre-paid label to return).
