Processing Times

All Pre-Sale Orders will be fulfilled on or before Saturday 13th December. 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom & Northern Ireland)

We currently ship across the UK & Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping on all orders.

 

Local Delivery & Collection

For customers in Bangor and surrounding areas, local collection may be available. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

 

International Shipping (Future Expansion)

At this time, we only ship within the UK.

International shipping will be available soon — please join our mailing list to be notified when this option launches.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All UK orders include VAT where applicable.
